Exceeded expectations!

Last minute booking, prices still considered reasonable. Location is quieter and away fm central Taipei. Mrt access is 2 mins walk, convenient. We requested for early check n hotel kindly accommodated and available as rooms cleaned up earlier. Exceeded expectatn, spotless room. Beds r firm and bedsheets are changed daily upon request. Pressure of shower v strong. Definitely will be back!

Requested for 2 extra pillows for 4 paxs but was only provided 1.

Location. Staff are nice and helpful

No microwave oven. No sugar and creamer for the coffee. It seems that the bedsheets are not being replaced during the make up room service. Same bedsheets as the previous day. Used mugs are not washed. The vault is small, cannot fit a laptop.

Good location, great toilets

I like that it is very accessible, trains and buses at walking distance. Washing machine is good, just that dryer might be down here and there. The toilet is super spacious! And for females, they added this feature where u have to key in a password to enter so you feel safe, you will also hear it when someone enters. I think the number of female users are not that high during my time of stay, I felt like I had that big toilet with about 10 cubicles to myself. There were also tidying and cleaning services every day!

The only issue is the size of the room. It was a little smaller than I expected. With a 25 inch luggage, I could barely walk after opening it up. If ur luggage is more than 25 inch, I do not recommend this room, you wouldn't be able to open ur luggage on the floor.

I stayed in one of the dormitory single rooms and I thought it was the perfect fit for me. Being a solo traveler I did not need a lot of space. The room was big enough for just the bed and a small desk which was perfect for me. The bathrooms were always super clean which I appreciated. I also loved how the rooms were on the same floor as the gym and common room which had snacks. Overall I would recommend this place.

There was only one thing that comes to mind that was not ideal, and that was the door to the room. There was a couple inches of space between the bottom of the door to the floor which let in unwanted light into the room and also being able to hear every time someone would be walking down the hall or opening/closing doors. It was a bit annoying at times since the noise would wake me up at night with how loud some people were. Only flaw for me.

The complimentary breakfast (McDonald's) was good but gets quite boring for long stays (over a week). The staff was extremely helpful and allowed me to change the dates of my stay. Common toilet and shower room were well-maintained.

Room was a little small (but still good value for money).

The Hotel is stunning. Excellent facilities. Loved the complimentary coffee, juices, desserts, etc. The shower area is super modern, clean and hygienic. THE Japanese style toilets are amazing... Make your stay even "better".. :-)

The room for my size was way too small. With my luggage's inside was pretty tight..

New and clean facility - shower room, toilet, gym, and dining area. Free use of washing machine but always used by someone during my entire stay 3 days. Coffee and snack provided free.

Very tiny room and bed (90 cm, I guess) so it's unavoidable that your head or knees might hit the wall few times. More traffic on the third floor so a bit noisy.
